1. Who we are

This destination is operated by BV Gaming Limited, trading as Casino Review Hub ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. • Advertising data: if you arrive here from a Microsoft Advertising / Bing ad, Microsoft shares limited click data with us (such as an ad click identifier) so we can measure campaign performance, and separately collects data directly as described in Section 5 below.

We do not ask for, and you should never submit to us, financial account details, passwords, or gambling account information.

• Where consented, to understand aggregate usage and improve our room walkthroughs.

4. Legal basis

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We process optional analytics and advertising-related data on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time via "Cookie Settings" or our Cookie Policy. Where applicable Data Privacy Laws require a different lawful basis, we rely on that basis instead and will say so at the point of collection.

5. Individual tracking and third-party sharing for advertising

This destination is advertised, in part, through Microsoft Advertising. As a result:

• Individual end-user tracking takes place on this destination for advertising and marketing measurement purposes, and data may be shared with third parties — including Microsoft — for those purposes.
• Microsoft independently collects or receives personal data from visitors who interact with our Microsoft Advertising campaigns (for example, via ad click identifiers, and via Microsoft's Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag where and when we enable it on this destination). 6. Who we share data with

We do not share your contact form details with the casino operators we review.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted.
